hopefully the judge throws the book at him so he can serve sometime for killing his ex-wife and a man trying to do a good deed and return some glasses.

They were just discussing this on a morning talk show. The Lawyer said that he thought he'd get off. He was trying to get his own stuff back, or at least, he was trying to get things that he truly thought were rightfully his. The audio tape of what went on in the room should go to help him as he said he wanted "his" stuff.
As long as he can convince that he was unaware of anyone having guns with them, with the intent to show or use them, he shouldn't be charged, according to the man on the talk show.
Personally, I don't trust him. I think he'll be scrutinized even harder than the average person will because of his past. If someone had a gun, I'd bet he knew all about it!
Honestly though, I really don't think I have the energy to follow this story for ANY amount of time! OJ is just not worth my time! I hope the media doesn't go crazy over this! OJ seems to like all the attention.

No, I don't think so. It sounds like they may have already gotten some of the members of his goon squad to flip on him. And the sentence for a multiple count armed robbery would effectively be life without parole for a 60 year old man.

Too many witnesses say guns were involved. The police got a proper search warrant and found guns. And one of guys with him may have already flipped on him and turned states evidence. And I bet this time he was not wearing gloves.

I hope his robbery charge is tried in isolation, meaning that his past history has no impact or influence and that he gets a fair trial.
Remember, as guilty as many of us think O.J. was of murder, he was declared innocent by a jury.

I certainly hope not. One of the goons in his entourage, for some odd reason, had a voice recorder on him recording at the time. They've released the tape and O.J. sounds like an ******! I hope he goes away for a lonnnnnnnnnnnnng time.

I doubt it. You have to believe the police and DA were very careful before charging him because of the stakes involved in allowing him to beat a second rap. My guess is they have him pretty good.

I don't know what this has to do with elections, but I will venture a guess.
It all depends on whether or not the can stack the jury like they did the last time.
