Why don't you all just do the Macarena instead? Seems like a fun alternative and you don't have to worry about the out-of-tune people.

Well if you have a significant other who speaks another language, there is an alternative Birthday song...you just might not be able to understand it.

if your bored of the same old happy birthday song learn it in another language, of course i like the way they do it at roadhouse they scream to the place that it's your birthday and tell everyone to give you a big yee haw and then you ride the bull

Yes. I hate that song. Especially in restaurants when the servers all drop their customers to get in a group to sing at another table, interrupting everyone's meal & service.
