I think this is so true, but maybe you have other experiences to share ?? I'd love to hear them I am a recently retired elem teacher and I like to hear the parents side

I want my children to aspire to be more than what I am. I stress to them the importance of a higher education but I also tell them to follow their hearts. I'm not afraid to admit to them that I was wrong. I'm teaching them to think for themselves and to question things. I'm teaching them to be accepting of all and anything that is different than they are. I have really great kids! I'm hoping that as they go through life they will keep these ideals.

.Every parent wants thier children to have a better life than they had.However with todays attitude to moral behavior.Young children are influenced by circumstances,over which the parents have no control.Especially young girls who are deceived by peer pressure to conform to standards for which they cannot seek parental guidance
