Any doctor will tell you to immediately stop taking all medication once you get pregnant and that includes birth control pills. They will also give you information on safe medicines for various ailments while pregnant. I don't see why you would want to anyway, you won't have periods while you're pregnant and you can't get pregnant again so there's really no point. If one is pregnant they should listen closely to the advice of their doctor to avoid harming the unborn baby.

One should not take contraceptives after one finds out one is pregnant. Condoms can still be used to prevent disease, but oral medications should be discontinued. If this happened accidentally, one should see a doctor early and let him know what happened.NV the ancient one

There is no hard evidence to suggest that oral contracepives can harm an unborn baby. But if you think you are pregnant you need to find out asap so you can decide what to do.

It basically is hormones, so it is possible, although I don't think so. But why would you want to do that? You can have sex while pregnant, and you're not going to get another baby or something like that.
