well ebay hid lights are so cost effective now, consider this; those cheap Blue lights on ebay run from 15-45 shipped, one set of 6000+ hid kits will cost 125-200 shipped. most of those blue lights will last at most 4-11 months usually. Also the light output is pretty poor from those bulbs, and the color changes as the bulb's coating wears off. the hids have consistent light and more light for better visisbility.

Lots of companies make blue lights. Sylvania has some called "Cool Blue" for around $35 at any parts store.

Do you intend on in basic terms using your 2010 Lancer off street? in case you alter the lights it is not criminal on street, that's why not one of the kits incorporate the words "DOT approved" on the kit and do say "For off street use in basic terms". yet whilst that's the case, you will get them at merely approximately any motor vehicle aspects shop.

Absolutely not. You can purchase "blue-white" bulbs online.
