That is a black and yellow garden spider. They are not aggressive although they are a little scary looking. They are predominant in the US, especially in sunny fields with lots of yellow flowers. They will not bite unless they are provoked, and I mean--if you hold it in your hand and start trying to jab at it, it might bite you. like a bee sting or something. Not aggressive and if you are walking through a field and walk through one of her webs, she will be more anxious to get off of you than you are to get her off of you. These are extremely beneficial spiders. Although, I find myself trying to avoid them before they have to avoid me.

Very beautiful photo of a Yellow and Black Argiope Spider, like the one in the movie "Charlottes's Web." This is an orb weaver and the latin name is Argiope aurantia. So beneficial for eating all Fly populations and Garden pest insects as well. We used to have lots of them in the Summer here in Mid Missouri but have not sighted one in the past 2 years. We have a lot of Bald Faced Hornets though, which may have killed them off. Has to be a 14' or larger snake to scare me off.

i might say it fairly is barely time for the mummy to envision on her own what all it fairly is that the infant does and what all it fairly is that she does on a each and on a daily basis foundation. Time for her to end and initiate speaking with the infant and function her sit down in a chair in front of her. I do this in many cases with my 2 boys that are 8 and 10 and function for years. sit down her in a chair and ask the infant questions. a million. Why did you throw the glass? 2. Is something bothering you? 3. clarify that usually you need to attend till issues get finished, yet which you will consistently be there and do your maximum suitable to grant her what she desires asap. 4. clarify that undesirable movements have effects. 5. while basically approximately finished ask the infant if there is something that she could upload. even possibly provide the infant tiny chores, basically small ones by way of fact she is barely 4 and probably 1 / 4 or some stickers as rewards for assisting out. this style the infant will understand there is solid for solid deeds and outing for undesirable deeds.

COOL!!!!

I had a spider that looked just like that in my garden last year. It was so patient as I spent almost an hour taking pictures of it. I have a macro lense, and I had to get up close and personal with it, and it wasn't bothered in the least. It stayed in one spot in my garden for almost three weeks, disappearing only after the first really hard frost.

Thanks for sharing the photo, and thanks to BirdogsID for identifying it. I always wondered what it was!

OoOoh, that's cool!

It looks more like a taboo than a tattoo to me!

It's a very pretty spidey though.
