Assuming no one is sat on it, you would need to balance it from 2 directions. 1 from the cross bar for example and mark on the bike a vertical line from the pivot point. then do the same from the front wheel and again mark a vertical. With the bike stable re-create the 2 verticals with string and sticky tape. the CofG is where they cross (plus a small offset into the middle of tube.)

Near the middle of it. Just pick the bike up and find the point where there is an equal amount of weight forward and behind of where you are gripping it (the bike doesnt tip over). That is the center of gravity.
