well if there were gravity in space it would probly rotate around the center of gravity, and since there is nuthing to stop it from falling who says its not already?

The earth will fall In a path that takes it repeatedly around the sun.
In a path that takes it repeatedly around the Milky Way.
In a path that takes it away from most everything.
Earth's fall is wobbled by the moon, tweaked by impacts, and accelerated by the combined gravity of everything else in the universe.
We will fall until the sun turns earth to smoke.
And the smoke of Earth will fall forever.
Sic transit gloria mundi.

Well.. apparently there is no end to the universe and it is continually expanding... so I imagine it would keep on falling? Perhaps falling through other galaxies? Possibly fall into our sun or another sun and disintegrate/burn.. Lol I dunno! If there is gravity does that mean there is a center, so the earth would fall to the center of gravity I suppose.

Not only will there be gravity in space, there already is. The Earth is where it is because of gravity effects counteracting inertia and momentum.

first read the concept of gravity in detail
and then ask the question.
nothing falls nowhere under the effect of gravity
rather both the objects attract each other.

Sounds like a question on relativity and accelerated motion... isn't this about a object in motion staying in motion? and there is gravity in space...
