so this roommate is probably in love with me. not only that, shes crazy. in addition, she asks for rides. in addition to that, shes kicking the other roommate out, for reasons undisclosed. so if i say hey crazy *****, i don't want you, to give you a ride, i just want to do my thing and pay rent, she'll probably kick me out. is it time to start looking for a new room/rental?

Yes, move out. Move into a place by yourself, be independent. That is the only way you will be able to 'do your own thing and pay rent'.

Give her a month notice, and go find a new place. Tell her you have other plans and can't give her a ride, if she gets mad and kicks you out, as long as you have paid the rent you can stay for that long. I would not wait to long to start looking.
