Government think about new technology, why they not think about make new express high way or buy new Helicopter, jet plane or airplane. I since in America and Russia have Express highways & latest technology helicopter and airplane. Why Indian government never think about make new highway or high class technology helicopter or jet plane, because that other country they are thinking our Indian Government or prime minister never care about INDIA .

Probably because Indian government officials are too busy putting money into their Swiss and Singaporean bank accounts.

India has not so much money to provide the above said equipments for its people.I don't agree with that the Indian PM never care about India

And why should the minister look after India? He's the prime minister of Canada not India.......There are alot of poor Canadians that aren't looked after so why should he overlook them to look after another country????
