I reckon being a grandparent has gotta be better than being a parent! ( although I'm a mummy to 1 and love being a mum )
The reason I say this is you get all the nicety's of the child without the battles!
You don't have to be the bank, the head cook, the bottle washer, the one who dishes out the discipline or the one who takes mouthfuls of ranting and raving!!!
You get to be the cuddly one who's always understanding, never moans about dirty bedrooms and the one who listens without judgement!
I love being a mum but I do hope tio have grandkids of my own one day oh what bliss!
