Geez, it does seem that every answered question raises two more...maybe this frenzied time we live in makes it seem so much worse than in the past. I know I feel that way, and I think I understand at least part what you're getting at and the perspective. Of course, truth and fact have become so hazy nowadays too...the way politicians and the media shade everything it's like HEY! Can I have a little HONESTY here? And then I'm off to the races, questioning even more than I was a few minutes before I watched the news.

Bottom line is yeah, to me sometimes it seems like it is friggin' confusing just to get out of BED in the morning in this day and age-but it's worth it to make the effort, because trying to find the truth in life is part of what makes it interesting. Maybe starting to question everything is part of the maturing process-and I personally believe seeking truth and questioning what is put before each of us is the essence of Christianity...not to get religious on your *** here or anything.

But you know...if you were raised in the Church like I was, you can probably get with the deal how when we were kids we were told about miracles like the parting of the Red Sea and walking on water and all that stuff and we were supposed to accept it all as absolute fact-when you're a little kid that's pretty easy to do, it's a scaled-down interpretation of faith. It was weird for me when I REALLY started going...DOOD. I felt like I was going to go to hell toot sweet or something. But I came to realize that what was important was not whether the miracles actually occurred the way they were described, but what they symbolized...how we were supposed to question and figure out for ourselves what it meant and how we should live our lives.

The point is not that Christianity is intended to give us answers or necessarily provides truth and fact, I don't know about that...the point is that the pursuit of truth is an age-old dilemma for mankind. Maybe that pursuit is what sets us apart from the animals. I don't know about that for sure, either. Haw.

So...hmmm...ahhhh...I would have to say that yes, the things in our lives that we question ARE important in reality, because the very questions give us a sense of purpose, of moving forward toward a goal. Sometimes the very weight of all of the unanswered questions drag us down and perhaps that is where you are at right now, I don't know about THAT either, I guess I don't know very much. When it happens to me though, I just clear my head the best I can and try to put one foot in front of the other, tackle the little questions first and move to the bigger ones later. Now if I could just get some help organizing the questions...good luck to you in any case, my friend. The fact that you would ponder and ask such a profound question says to me that you will find your way better than most.

What's the question ?Truth and facts have nothing to do with questions . We can't stop social changes but can work to retain our values.I don't see anything drastically wrong except in the peripherals and packaging, which have been and shall continue to change with times. It's human nature to complicate things but it's our job to be alert and keep life simplified and tolerable.

There is much truth and fact, our curiosity is unquenchable, what is relevant is important when we accept something as being relevant to our understanding, morally I see no advancement.
