just know that there is no one in this world better or worse than you...you are unique...and appreciated...right or wrong...doesn't matter...as in the long run that is not what we are judged by...the best grades i received in school were when i thought i did it wrong...the worst ones were those i was most confident in...go figure...it will be okay...and troy will be there so you are golden

Panic is an awful feeling, I've suffered with them as well, try to keep focused, pair-up with your friend Troy, maybe he can help you with the course. If in doubt, ask the professor. Concentrate on today, and don't worry about whats next. Avoid caffeine, at all costs, it'll just make you more aggravated. Talk to your friend, I'm sure
he'll understand and help out. Good luck!

I am single mum. I have been suffering for panic attacks for some 15 years now, though it was not until recently I understood what they were. They were progressively getting stronger and more frequent, stopping me from some days even leaving my house. I read this book and it all made perfect sense.
I am not saying I was not terrified of putting theory to action, I was more scared of that than the next attack! But I decided to view it as a game, one I had control of and could therefore not lose!

You're not alone in your feelings..I too went through that situation when in College as well and found it to be unnecessary to feel worried about whether or not my work was acceptable to my Professors...After you have figured out what they are looking for in
the work they assign for you to do its smoothe sailing!=)I know its a little bumpy at first, getting into it,but don't panic over it,just keep an open mind about it and accept the fact that the challenge is one you can meet by your own standards as well as the course of study..Hang in there, its bound to get easier!=)

Try to let it go you did your best and thats all you can do.With panic attacks focus on breathing thru your nose and out your mouth. Also keep your mind busy so you dont have the time to think about what scareing you. Also reading on anxiety attacks helps a lot to and you may find it calming to know your not alone.I am a sufferer but not as bad as I once was good luck*hugs*

It's OK!
No one is going to tell you that you're not intelligent. The university course will be fine and you'll pass with flying colours, you got into the course - which means you've got the ability to succeed. Give yourself a positive headset and you can achieve anything.
Alot of people go to uni and pass with flying colours, people rarely get kicked out of a course... why should it be anything different for you?
Think with a realistic head!
You'll do fine! - Have faith in yourself :D
Oh, and Good Luck with your course!
Mike :D

For the moment, breath in a conscious manor. Breath slowly in for a count of eight, hold for eight, and breath out for eight.
Controlled breathing lowers blood pressure.
Then deal with study to maximize your time, and just apply yourself. If you give it your best you don't need to worry about, or apologize about the results.

You can feel confident if you did your best and did not do it half way. Remember , it's like the first day at any school, it's everyones first day. Many feel the way you do. Relax.
