If politicians = liars, then he's a great one! If politicians = honest Americans who want the best for the people of America, then he's the worst this country has ever seen.
If we're talking Brazilian Football, since that IS the category you put this question in, I definitely think he's better as a forward.

He'd make a better centre forward. No good as a defender.

I think he's made some mistakes, but he's also done some good things, doing what he thinks is best.
