pronouncing a word differently does not make someone crazy or weird. Having a homework question on a particular teacher's behavior is...unique. :)

Some teachers are crazy, because teaching kids drives them insane!
In this case though, it sounds as if your teacher just likes to infuse the class with a little light humor and fun. That is definitely NOT crazy. It is a good technique for helping kids relax and enjoy learning.

Just a bit ! ha ha...... my old art teacher used to pronounce restaurant...restaura-ong....just because he thought it made him sound posh!
