I keep problems to myself.
I have a bad habit of going hyper when I try to hide something, or when I'm really sad. It's to hide MY sadness. But after I finish the "hyper" time with my friends, I get really sad and gloomy.
I hate to make others worry.

Most of the time I just act as if I'm fine. Most people don't really want to hear your problems, I learned that the hard way. So I just pretend I'm fine and then I try to work it out on my own.

i'm no longer too sturdy at expressing feeling, existence has taken its toll and hardened me, i be attentive to thats no longer advantageous, i used to be an extremely comfortable being concerned guy or woman, yet issues that ensue replace a guy or woman and issues have got here approximately

I'm usually very perky when I'm feeling sad. It sucks having to make people worry about you.

I don't know...sometimes,I feel down,I reveal it to other and they cheer me alot (but I am always the one who cheer everybody up !)
But sometimes...I just keep that sadness myself...

I usually try to cover it up. Only my friends that know me really well, can tell when i'm upset about something. I hate having people worry about me.

no i don't -- i guess it's just because when i'm depressed, the mood sort of spreads; why would i dampen other people's day with my problems?

i keep it to myself. i don't like to burden people with my problems. they have enough of their own.
