Most people say off-en instead of off-ten. As far as I know, only Americans pronounce anti- as ant-aye in most cases.

This question reminds of the Pirates of Penzance by Gilbert and Sullivan when too characters get confused with the pronunciation of often and orphan. They pronounce both words as "awe-fan":-
"Have you ever known what it is to be an orphan?"
"Often."
"Yes, orphan. I said have you ever known what it is to be one?"
"Yes, I say, often!" ;)

Offen/often is an alternative, while antie is American.

Only when you are off ten days in a row, or something like that, which isn't often.
