this address & man power consultant recruit at nigeria for oil gas company so i want to know this is fact or froud.

I don't ever bother checking ... AMEX Towers ... sounds like a trademark infringement to me.

It is not genuine, a Nigerian scam. Don't send them any reply if you got any offer from them.
