I'm not a push-over & I wouldn't say I'm a hard nosed individual by any means.
Alexgirl I didn't feel qualified to answer so I ask my Hubby for his honest opinion ? Please take note, I love it~~~~
He says I am a congenial person. So there you go. Guess that explains why we still thourghly enjoy each others company after 54 yrs. of marriage.

It really depends on who it's with. When it's someone that I really care about I tend to be a push over. But when it's for work I'm hard nosed.

I'm very easy-going... so I'd say somewhere in between... I'm not a push-over by any means, but I like to help people and sometimes I try too hard to please important people in my life. I cannot think of a specific time when I have been hard-nosed.

Usually I am! Today I have an individual I am going to 'haul to task'! He has had me make a 45 mile trip three times to fix a problem that could have been done the first time! (If he would have listened) It's 'three times and out'!

Stubborn as a dam mule, I can not be made to do anything I want to do.
Example: If i feel like sitting home and he wants to go to visit someone, I tell him to" go by himself, I am not budging. Thats my final answer"
