The only 100% guarentee to avoid pregnancy is abstinence. Even vasectomy and tubal are 99%.

The only 100% way is no sex!
But if you enjoy sex like most people then theres not a 100% way :-
If you go on the pill and your boyfriend wears a condom then that should work.

Don't have sex AT ALL!

Or, use birth control pills, condoms, spermicide and pull-out method every time you have sex and never have sex 5 days either side of ovulation days (which means charting your temp or something to track ovulation days)

Easier to just not have sex if you don't want to get pregnant that badly. Or get a vasectomy/hysterectomy.

Yep... no sex or go for an operation where she can't have children then you don't have to worry about having children at all.
