investing in the hotel industry?

how can i invest in the hotel industry and not have to be involved with the day to day runnings..i would like to have my own chain of hotels but not have to manage them.any other advice will be highly appreciated

Also remember that the real estate value of many properties is higher than the other assets combined. In today's tough real estate market, some bravery may be required.
