Are you being fair towards the teacher ?
It is a cheap shot to blame the teacher when it may not be the teacher that is the problem.
Perhaps if you tried harder?

hold a petition. write a note to the principal. get all classmates to sign as prove.

get all ur class mates signature on a note or an application....and give that to ur principal....simple...
