You have to get Thai-Style Chicken Curry! :)
Usually it consists of sliced bamboo, thin slices of chicken, rice noodles (the translucent kind), maybe some mushrooms and a few other ingredients depending on the chef's personal taste. But the real kicker in this dish is the Curry powder or paste mixed with coconut milk! (don't worry, it doesn't actually taste like coconut)
The color ranges from a rich red to bright, neon green. You pour this, sauce and all, over a pile of steemed or fried rice and you'll fall in love. Trust me! :P I've only had ONE bad Thai-Style (curry and coconut milk) Chicken Curry and it was a frozen dinner. pfpfpfpf...>:(
You can usually get it at a Thai restaurant, but a lot of Chinese takeout places have it too (you might not see it on the menu, but they probably have it anyway). Enjoy! :)
