It really annoys me when people leave questions like: "Whats your favourite movie ever" or "Who's the best solo artist ever". I wish they would ask a more direct question like. "Whats your favourite comedy ever" or "Who's your favourite solo artist from the 80's" that way at least we could compare answers and have a decent debate.

To a point that would be great, but this is a question and answer site and not a debating society, go too deep into questions and you get a voilation for it.

No I don't mind. If a question is too narrow, it can spoil it. If you don't like it, don't answer it.

ummm not everyone was alive in the 80's lol. a questions like that is too narrow and would single out only a few people.
