No. Are you going full time or part time? Part time might be easier to ease yourself back in. If you go part time at night, you will be with older adult students that work all day! :) The bad part about that, is, they will not have any time to talk or socalize, because they have to get up early the next day! :)

I know how you feel. i went back to college at 18 and that felt weird sitting with all the 16 year olds. However i had a great time there and made so many great friends. the best thing wit h uni is there are so many diff types of people out there. You might find that you make friends with a 21 year old and really click. In my opinion there is nothing odd, because at least you've made this firm choice and havent been pushed into it. I say do it! only good can come from this!

One of the ways we remain healthy and happy as we age is to continue pursuing goals and exercising our brain.

If you want to go back to college, then do it. Don't worry about your age. Most colleges have what are now considered "non-traditional" students. This category includes all students who haven't come directly from high school to college without taking a full-time job in between.

Good luck!
