I think it's about the balance and accomodation of what type of situation you are in. Sometimes there is one particular person that is more right to lead the group.
I'm an oldest child and therefore have the tendency to take charge. My brothers and sisters call me bossy! (laughing) But there has to be a leader and followers pretty much in all aspects of life. In a group of people it's interesting to see who breaks out of the "pack" as the "Alpha Dog," or the leader.
So the answer is yes, I lead.

Lead. That's why I've so many difficulties with things. And all the no-brained followers are sadly jealous and cause strife.
And when the going gets tough..... everybody deserts me. *sighs* ah the joys of being on the front-line.

Do not follow me, walk with me if you wish, walk beside me.
I do not lead intentionally, I do not want to as I am not a mother duck.
I have no reason to follow anyone their motivations are not mine.

You are you, and I am me. It depends on what situation calls.
Sometimes you are called to lead and other times, to follow. It may sometimes seem ridiculously philiosophical, but it IS. You choose your path, and sometimes it compells you to do one or the other. But the fact reamains. Each of us are wonderfully different. And that's the true beauty of it.
