To see your doctor for further evaluation to see if there is a hormone imbalance such as with the thyroid that could be causing your periods to be irregular. If it is a hormone imbalance depending on the kind it is being on the pill can be an option to consider.

Talk to your doctor about birth control pills. They will put you right on schedule. A lot of women take them for irregular periods.

My g/f let me in on something I totally did not know....... and that is that Advil will cause many women to 'spot' between periods. She was really freaked out at first but then when she went off the Advil and used Tylenol for the cramping, suddenly the bleeding stopped!
