Three words: "Similis pugilis inferni" - my questionable Latin for "Fight like hell". In other words, I try harder. Lately things have been a little chaotic for me here, so I know exactly what you mean.

G'morning, Caz!!! :) Its 4:51 a.m. here now! I'm I crazy to be up this early, or just crazy? LOL!!!

Calm down. After all, just think: Its not the end of the world. Things can always get worse. So just thank your lucky stars you're still alive and you'll be able to make a difference in future.

Have a cigarette, kick the cat, scream abuse at a wall for a few minutes, curse everyone for having it better than me, kick the cat again, pull whats left of my hair out. Then, and only then, have a bright idea to put it right !!!

Occiasionally, this idea will of course bring me straight back to the cigarette, the cat, the wall . . . . . . .

p.s. Its a plastic cat, like one of those stress puppets you can beat up on to vent your anger, never a real cat.

Cry for a while, think I've ruined my life and might as well die... then come up with a plan of attack (or just a plan full stop) so I can pick myself up, dust myself off and deal with it.

Go outside, count to ten, or a hundred if its really bad, clear my head, go back in, get the team together, talk it through, get on with it.
