But I am still getting some REALLY NASTY cramps. I mean to the point where I have to lie down for a few minutes and take a few breaths. LOL! Anywho, I'm also getting over a cold and was prescribed an antibiotic called Augmentin and I noticed the cramps didn't actually start til I started taking them. What could be the problem? Could the antibiotics I'm taking be causing the pain?

People have all sorts of horrible side affects on depo. I was on it for four years and got off of it.
Check out the side affects for the drugs you are taking or talk to your doctor.
I was on augmentin while on depo and did not have any cramps like you have, but everyone is different so it may have affected you this way.

there could be a reaction between the 2 medicines - better ask a doc or pharmacist
