An organisation is like a tree full of monkeys, all on different limbs at different levels, some climbing up and some merely fooling around.
- The monkeys at the top look down and see a tree full of smiling faces.

Yur Observation Could Be Applied To Just About Any Large Organisation Mate And Just As Easily To Yahoo Answers With Regard To Contributors. Just Because Someone Is A Prolific Answerer And Has An Opinion On Just About Every Topic Doesn't Automatically Make Them Top Monkey, They Could Just Be The Biggest Bum In The Tree?!
