because it took enough time preparing the dinner, in the first place. Now that you've eaten, your full, and tired and the last thing you want to do is the dishes. I think who ever makes the meal, should NOT have to clean up after it.

When I was living with my mother, I was helping her doing the dishes but one day I broke two of her best set and my sister started shouting she hated me because this set was her dowry.

i don't mind cooking up a storm but i hate doing the dishes afterward ..i just takes so long..if i could i'd use paper plates

i got a dishwasher! i aint never done dishes in my life. my mother hated chores so she hired a housekeeper to do that sh*t and dishes are GROSS anyways bc ppl leave there crusty food on there and then u gotta touch it to wash it off. NASTY.

Well I don't because I don't like seeing chunks of old food floating around in the water.. and knowing me I'd blow up the dishwasher- So I stay away altogether.

i am not most people. i love doing dishes, just so long as someone else does the cooking. i cant cook for nada! i wish i could! oh well,

I actually love doing the dishes but sometimes all that slime and leftovers are disgusting...

Good question. I hate doing them myself, just because it is a chore and it is a never ending chore. but i still do them.
