What is the best way to break the ice if you see someone you are attracted to?

"Hey Johnny! Haven't we met at the HR conference at XYZ?" The guy will obviously reply in the negative...to which I say. "I am so sorry! Anyway you look like a guy I would like to meet so..." It works most of the time!!!

if u are standing or sitting near her u just smile at her and be like hey how u doin? and if she acts b*tchy then u know right away u dont want her. if not then just think of something to talk to her about and see how she responds. its always good to be funny and also to ask girls stuff about themselves but not psychoish stuff, just casual like are u from around here or something like that.
one other thing to, u can tell if a girl likes u!!! they raise there voice up and act all cute like there shy or something. its a sure sign and almost all girls do it.
