Well, a boy can look like a girl in several ways. First, he could dress like a girl (girl's clothing, jewelry, make-up, etc.). He could also get his hair cut to be like a girl's; bangs, and at least ear-length hair. He could shave his legs; that's a girlie thing! Give Stars like I am doing!!!

There may be a lot of things to look a boy like a girl that is make up, long hair, ladies wears and way of talking etc
