Do psychopaths have self love/esteem or faith in themselves? And if they do, what do you call one that has become a psychopath and an absurdist and has no faith in humanity based on personal experiences and the way humans go around screwing each other over and doing whatever they want?...to the point where they believe that everything is meaningless? Is their a more precise clinical term for this type of person?

Cynic. It's not a clinical term, however.

I think they do have good and bad emotions but they are abstract. Its hard to understand them even for themselves. sometimes when you look at a picture ( that's abstract) you don't know what the painter was thinking. Maybe they feel the same way about themselves. They don't know how to understand that what they are feeling and doing is wrong. It doesn't make it any easier to forgive them when they do something wrong but it might let you know that they are sick and should get help. Even the worst human possible that you know could become a better person. If worked with for a long period of time. Break them down into feelings that you have felt. You have been angry before. Maybe not to the extent of hurting anyone but for others that feeling can be over whelming. There are some that I don't think I will ever be able to comprehend but then I can't try to feel what rapist have felt because as I have felt horny before I have never had the urge to force it on someone. Its wrong but they are human. They need to pay for it but also forgiven. Thought forgiveness is not done for them its done for yourself. It might help them see that help is there if they choose to use it.

What does it matter if there is a "precise" term for such a person?

They are an "unhappy" person.

A psychopath ONLY has faith in herself.

I suspect that believing in a God, or Jesus can help to get you out of the prison of the self.

Other than that, a persistent practice of gentleness toward your fellow human beings might do the trick.

Not because they deserve it, but because it will make you into a better and happier person.

I'm not sure if psychopaths have self love or self esteem but it would seem to me that they must have a little. Even psychopaths will go to great lengths not be caught and to maintain self preservation. And as far as the second part of your question I'm not sure if there is a name for them but it is easier for a psychopath to view others as meaningless because it makes killing them a whole lot easier.

very likely he was very badly abused or complete neglected from age 0-4 (as in alone 8+hrs day). that's how psychopaths are made. the have alot of anger and feel that the world owes them bc they are hurt, and very unlikely to change if they don't truly want to.

Whe one has self respect and self esteem llike qualities, it is natural for him also to be philanthropical. Psychopaths shall have neither.

Why would he go through all that trouble and then not care about himself or herself?

Its good to stay these people very carefully and see what is going on with their intentions.

I would say it makes him a double homicidal mass murdering ex-football player who has turned to strong armed robery of late.
