The most obvious point is that they are offering to make payment into your bank account. This is a scam. If you give them the number, they will clean you out and leave you with nothing.

This deal is not worth the risk.

It's a fraud. An internet technique called "phishing", designed to steal all of the funds from your bank accounts.

It's stinks. They are offering to pay you up front for the first month. NOBODY does that - you always get paid AFTER you actually worked.
It's obvious this is a SCAMMMMMMM!!!!
