She stole my phone and text one of my boy mates asking if i would go out with him... its ruined our friendship between me and him and she is so nasty! She slags me off loads too!

Well, that's just wrong of her. I have a question: what does "slags me off loads" mean? Never heard of that expression. (Live in Alaska, USA).

Did you talk to him & tell him that it was her that sent the text? I'm sorry that you lost a good friend over a nasty witch like her.
If you haven't already, cut ties with this girl. Get your phone back, as well as any & all keys or items of yours that she may have. Make sure that your friends know that she & you are no longer talking & the situation (if you are comfortable with that) so if she were to try to do anything further to harm you, they can know that she's pulling a prank.
I'd recommend against becoming friends again with her, since it sounds like this is just the latest thing she's done against you. The urge for retribution will be strong, but don't. This will make you look better & make her look like a nasty b*tch, since you are being the bigger person.

some friendships between women were not meant to last. Me and my best friend from age 13 finally let it go when we were 18 or 19. She had just hurt or disrespected me too many times. I wish we could mend things because there is this notion that "women should stick together" but no one deserves a friend like that. You have to recognize what kind of people you want around you. But no need to be so drastic, just get more and more distant, be too busy, refuse to discuss it and eventually your problem will be all but faded. You can be hurt, but don't show it too much to her, why should you be the one to teach her a lesson? You've learned yours so move on and save yourself the heartbreak.

Friends last a lifetime. Men come and go. Calm down and take some time to yourself. Let her know that's not acceptable if she plans on being one of your life long friends.
