No they won't collide, at least not in the forseeable future; it would take a significant disturbance to bring this about.
If it did happen, it would have absolutely bugger all effect on the earth- you woudln't even be able to see it with the naked eye. Life would go on as normal, jsut osme people woudl be annoyed- like me.

There is no chance that this crash between Neptune and Pluto will ever occur. Neptune has an orbit similar to all the inner planets within our Solar System (in the same plane).
Pluto's orbit is skewed to that plane by 17 degrees and as it passes through the plane it goes in between Neptune and Uranus. Interestingly, Pluto's spin (from East to West) is just the opposite of Earth's (from West to East).
The distance between the orbits of Neptune and Uranus is roughly about 1 Billion Miles, and Pluto passes easily between the two orbits when it comes around in its own orbit missing the orbits of the other two planets by about 500 Million Miles.

No. Neptune's and Pluto's orbits are locked in a 3:2 harmonic resonance that prevents them from ever colliding.

Sooner or later they might. Or at least pass close enough to each other that their gravitational forces cause some serious damage.
Nobody has any idea how that may affect us. Maybe nothing, maybe a whole bunch of debris that will show up as meteors. Maybe a chunk big enough to destroy the planet.

yes because pluto follows an eccentric orbit
neptune follows an elliptical orbit
tus there path intersect
due to different rotational speeds they will collide someday
no effect on earth due to large distance and in between
uranus jupiter saturn mars asteroids and their moons
extra information
pluto due to its orbit is sometimes closer to the sun than neptune
it lies in kupier belt and is a dwarf planet with a given asteroid number 134340
