Laughter along with an active sense of humor...cuz the experience of humor can positively influence a person's state of hopefulness. Humor can be a legitimate strategy for relieving stress and maintaining a general sense of well-being while increasing a person's hope. It may competitively inhibit negative thoughts with positive ones, and in so doing, foster hope in people. Positive emotions, such as those arising from experiencing humor, can stimulate thought and prompt people to discard automatic behavioral responses and pursue more creative paths of thought and action,

Therefore, the old saying that 'laughter is the best medicine,' definitely appears to be true!

For me, a moment spent living entirely in that moment... the time becomes so full and aware and alive that it's quite good medicine and cures the ailments.

When i feel sick and wants to feel a little better, I just ask our Lord to make one of my Grand-kids call, and it always happens, that makes me feel better. So, My Grand-kids are my best Medicine, for me.
