Royce da 5'9' would kill anybody on this list. Wayne is good tho, no need to hate on him like people like to. And I would say Eminem is one of the best of all time, he has a mixtape of just freestyles, and somebody is telling what words to say mid sentance and he switches it up and makes it a hotline.
