No, my dear friend, it is not. I have been on both sides of the fence, and they are truely the same. Unless there is some bully on the one side beating on you, and then it is better to make it to the other side, and then it does look greener.
The only place that has greener grass on the other side of the fence, is Heaven, and there is no place to compare with that.

If you have something and you think that someone elses is better, thats thinking the grass is greener on the other side. So i would say no

It is when the grass on your side has died and can't be repaired..... then the grass on the other side may not be perfect but a big improvement and somewhere I want to be!

It has to be if there is no possibility of crossing the fence. If by any chance, you can go across, you might have a different view altogether.

No because usually yards in the same neighborhood have the same grass color due to the same proximity to the sun.
