I know I had over $400 in my account, & I spent $225 @ WalMart, & the payment didn't go through as debit, so the cashier had me do it as credit. & then when I went to try to check my balance, the account said something about UNAUTHORIZED USAGE. WTF?

never wait! Always check with your bank and find out what the problem is. Wal-Mart can't help you on this and waiting is a really BAD idea.

If you go to the bank now and let them know what the problem is, they could correct it very quickly. If you wait, their system might go into an archive state where you will have to provide a ton of information (receipts, etc) to get the issue straightened out.

Call the bank ASAP and ask why it didn't go through. My card was turned down at a store and when I went to the bank, they said there was nothing wrong with it. It worked the next time. Sometimes things get messed up for no reason. If there is a mistake at the bank, they can fix it. Try calling first; you may have to go down there though.

GOOD LUCK
