Diabetics tend to urinate more frequently (there are other symptoms as well though)... but it could also be bladder issues.
Talk to your doctor about this.

Sounds like a UTI that was left untreated and turned into a kidney infection. That can get pretty serious. I was hospitalized for five days due to kidney problems that were caused by a UTI. Is the back pain off towards the sides? If so, it could be your kidneys and you should see a doctor.
After that, I suggest taking a cranberry pill once a day, drink lots of water during the day and make sure you're watching out for symptoms like increased urination, burning when you pee, fever, fatigue, etc.
Good luck!

you could have a urinary tract infection:
http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/urinary-tract-infections
Check it out, and see if you have any symptoms. Drink some cranberry juice, that helps. Be careful though, if this goes untreated it can move into your kidneys. This happened to me, and I thought I just had the flu so I tried to just sweat it out. I was brought to the hospital with a 105 + degree fever, I could have stroked.
or you just could be preggers.

It sounds like you could have a urinary tract infection going on but the only way to know for sure is to have this situation evaluated further by your doctor to see what they think is going on.
