are you meeting to find a way to get out of work? is the meeting just a time killer? is someone having a birthday so you called a special meeting so everybody can eat cake. why was I not invited to the meeting. are you going to talk about me behind my back? that is not very ethical

Well, in general ethics includes NOT cheating ... and I suspect you want us to do your homework assignment (whatever that actually is) and that, my friend, is cheating ... thus unethical.
