If you don't sing and you don't live in Los Angeles (you didn't say where you live) or Utah (not sure if they will cast the ensemble in LA or UT) and you don't have an agent you won't have a shot. A legit agent will be the key to getting an audition. Once Disney hires a casting director they will put out a notice through Breakdown Services who then sends that notice out to all legitimate agents in the area that they are casting roles for HSM3. The agents look at their clients to see which of their clients fit the description for what's being cast and then they send the CDs pics & resumes to look at. The CD replies to the agents regarding which actors they think will fit the bill and they set up auditions. There's a process to follow and if you don't get in on that from the begining you don't have a shot, If the CD doesn't like your photo or doesn't see all the things he/she needs to see on your resume then you won't get an audition. So you see, you can't just go to the audition. If you want to audition, you need to get an agent in LA NOW. You also have to let them know that although you want a long career in all things acting, you would really like to audition for HSM3 so to please keep an eye out for that audition, but in general you should know that you do not get to pick the auditions that you go on.
You should also not forgo college. If you want to put it off fora year to try Hollywood, then do that but make an ironclad deal with yourself that if nothing comes of it by then that you will continue your education. There's nothing that says you can't get an education and continue to act on the side where ever you happen to be going to school. Student films can be great fun and good experience :-)

Honestly, you'll need to get representation before anything like that. Disney tends to go through casting agents, not through open auditions
