Your kicker problem is solved with Green Bay's Mason Crosby.

As for your RB2 problem, you may have to trade Russell for a young RB whom is playing now. 3QBs and four RBs doesn't lead to fantasy wins.

Ashley Lelie should get cut for a youngster WR like Brandon Marshall.

Is Cedric Griffin or Thomas Davis doing anything for your defenses? You may be able to peddle them and pick up someone cheap to fill in the roster gaps.

you need an rb badly...after lt you have no one. if it's a keeper league, chances are it's slim pickings. try to find back up rbs behind starters with an injury history or shaky job security. there have to be better options at wr than lelie. what about brandon marshall?
