ok so i want to get a's for skool. it is hard because everyday mi friends come over and want to hang around and its hard to say no because it is fun to be with them, i just want a plan that can help me out or any advice..thank you

Tell them that you will not be available to hang out until after such and such time. If they want to hang with you, they will have to come over then. Learning how to set priorities and to manage your time is part of becoming a mature person. Congrats to you for learning this at an early age. You will see success in your future, because you are making mature decisions.

Set boundaries.
like hang out until 4:00
then go home and do homework
work out a schedule you know that you and your friend can hang out and at the same time get that grade of yours rising
Don't say "oh..4:30 would be ok...i'l stay for another 30 min"
thats soo bad
I used to do it all the time.
and learned from it.
