China seems to set things up in 2005 and will complete it in 2015
then Russia follows and starts theirs in 2015
and the US will start in 2020

seems like the smartest thing to do is to join together.
the time table also seems to show some kind of group planning.

This would be pretty much exactly what they did with the "INTERNATIONAL" space station, only on a larger time frame

anyway, all us superpowers seem to be pretty friendly and get along pretty well...... when we're living on the moon its better to have a friend / neighbor that'll let you barrow a cup of moon surgar rather than an enemy next door.

Russia has had 35 years to do it. 45 Years or more technically. They don't seem to have that much of a desire to go to the Moon.

i dont want any body permenatly touching my moon, becuasde people bore them selves, by not remembering that society is just a word

it is for a good joke but i wont let that happen, people cnat even keep electrsity in side things that use them,

didi you know that if something can be used all the way like a computer, you could use the same electristiy again instaed of behaving like it burned up, like good people
