When you are tired, try to get at least some exercise but don't lay down or get comfortable until you are tired. Also, wind down a bit before going to bed, a buzzing head will lead to restless nights.

i myself like to rest and watch tv, email, text, and call my friends (which i call relaxing cuz i lay in my bed) at about 6 to 7, then eat and take a mile walk, then come back shower and sleep.
