I believe Brianna is the most common spelling, if that's what you're going for. It was the 20th most popular girl name last year, so pretty familiar, to say the least. I'm afraid Breanna would be misread as Brenna or mispronounced as BREEN-a quite often, and it also loses the obvious link to Brian.
It's technically not my style -- only because I've known far too many LOL -- but nearly any middle name would sound nice. I'd avoid any beginning or ending in an A or B sound, however, to avoid the two running together or sounding too repetitive.

Breanna is a very sweet name. With the spelling, if you'd like her nickname to be "Bree", you should go for Breanna, and if you like "Bri" go for Brianna. I personally like Brianna a little better (it works better with spell-check, too. ;))
Middle names starting with "R", "E" or "N" will flow well with the middle sounds in Breanna.

I would go with 'Brianna' as opposed to 'Breanna' just because I like the look of it better. Breanna could run into some pretty silly mispronunciations :P Maybe you'll like some of these:
