The drummer from Def Leppard. I don't remember his name either but anyone who can play the drums with one arm is impressive.

Greg Saunier of Deerhoof.
Particularly the song "This Magnificent Bird Will Rise" off of The Reveille Album.
I would say Former Jane's Addiction Drummer Stephen Perkins is a close second for the work he's done in his own band Banyan.
Then there is John French "Drumbo" from the Magic Band. He's a trip...
